"No power, no water for almost 24 hours, the waterpark was closed, and all the restaurant's where closed. Except for a nice view and letting us cancel our booking, everything else was just HORRIBLE The staff at the "breakfest" used personal clothes, and it was like eating in a old, broken down school with bad food. We where maybe 20 people eating there so running out of coffee cups is quite the feat."

"This hotel is terrific. Huge parking lot for guests, huge private beach w palapas and beds (hundreds) and pool/beach towels. Rooms are clean and smallish, some have terrible views some have nice views. Staff are extremely helpful. There is an ice cream and coffee bar on site and buffets for people w full board, but there are plenty of dining options on the area.
