"Filipa receptionist was extremely helpful, particularly trying to sort out trains to Lisbon. It was also lovely to meet the owner who was keen to ensure our stay was as good as possible, even though it was only for 2 nights. Given outside temperature of 37C on one day, it was delightful to be in an air-conditioned room set at a comfortably cool temperature. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel, a short, flat walk from the station."
