"The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well stocked. Check-in was a bit confusing but nothing too hard - just have to go to the gaming room to get my keys. The reason I'm giving a middle review of because the room I stayed in - Room 10 - was incredibly loud at night as it sits above the gambling / game room. There appears to be no soundproofing between the floors. So if you need to go to bed early, this is not the room for you as I believe the gaming room remains open until the early hours. I would have added another star but I've seen others complain about this as well. If I was in another room, it would have been better. My advice: when booking, as for another room besides room 10"

"Pleasantly surprised"

"Unfortunately this was a very disappointing experience. My children and I had to leave the property on the night of our stay due to loud arguing, shouting and swearing coming from the neighbouring unit. The noise was extremely clear through the wall and continued late into the evening.I contacted reception twice, but the disturbance resumed. My children became frightened and distressed, and we felt unsafe remaining there, so around 10pm we arranged for friends to collect us and stayed elsewhere. We feel hotel management let us down by not taking effective action on the evening to protect other guests or ensure the neighbouring occupants remained quiet and non-violent. We therefore did not receive the stay we paid for. The most disappointing part has been the refusal to provide a refund despite the circumstances. I cannot recommend this property based on our experience."

"Room was clean and well appointed. I was surprised the shower was over the spa but not unusual for country motels and not a deal breaker. Spa was big and deep, great for a long soak. Key wasn't in the room when we arrived but quickly arrived and staff were helpful and friendly when we had trouble figuring out how to lock the door. Room was quiet and comfortable. Bed was large and met our needs."
