My hotel room almost clean, found hair laying on floor in bathroom called housekeeping in afternoon when returned back to room for second night after told them if they can clean room, but no one showed up. But overall the room views were spectacular, overall service at Harrah’s always been great people. "

"After 12 hours driving, my wife was looking forward to a 'hot' bath...until she saw the tub. It was so badly degraded, that she wouldn't even shower in. She said it would be impossible to disinfect something like that. Turns out, she wouldn't have gotten a 'hot' bath anyway, no hot water. To be fair, later that night, after she had gone to bed, there was finally hot water.I assume someone fixed the problem. Good stuff, the ac, as damaged as it looked, worked well, and quietly, unlike the ac in the motel 6 we stayed at in CA two weeks ago. The room was clean if you didn't look into corners, like most older motels, the fridge, tv, and micro, worked. Far enough from the interstate to be quiet. And they allow pets. This 6 has a restaurant in front of the lot. We didn't feel like going, but at 7pm, it was packed, might be worth checking into. For the price, still a deal, but next time we'll check things better before unpacking. "
