"This is a budget hotel - so don`t expect anything more. It is good value for money and in a location about 10 - 15 minutes walk from Chiang Saen centre. There are no cafes close to the hotel so be prepared to walk or take a ride to the centre of Chiang Saen. The staff are friendly and helpful."

"Var ikke på dette hotel,(Homey) men blev sendt over til et andet A-Buget hotel da det første var lukket et pænt rent sted men godt slidt, lugtede lidt af fugt når man kom ind i værelset, men med udluftning hjalp det , wifi var elendigt, langsomt og dårlig kontakt, og så skulle man trykke in med 2 koder, fin lille morgenbuffe til prisen (incl.i hotelprisen) fin hjælpsom betjening, ingen restauranter i nærheden, Udmærket hotel for 1 max 2 overnatninger "

"A very enjoyable stay. Feels like at home. Staffs are so kind, especially the hotel driver (heard that he is the brother of the hotel owner) Everything in the room is all in working conditon. Very traditonal thai style room. Excellent. But the room that i stayed had no mirror. A bit weird. But overall, my wife and i felt loved by everyone at Baan Sabai. If chance permits me to travel to MaeSai again, Baan Sabai will be my very 1st choice for sure. Thks so much for the great hospitality again :)"

"This family run resort on family land has a lovely garden and swimming pool. Our bedroom (like most of the others - probably need to specify) had a a glorious view the Mekong and Laos on the far side. On the downside, our room, though comfortable, had no bedside lights, no international TV channels and no telephone to contact Reception which was some distance away.
