"This family run resort on family land has a lovely garden and swimming pool. Our bedroom (like most of the others - probably need to specify) had a a glorious view the Mekong and Laos on the far side. On the downside, our room, though comfortable, had no bedside lights, no international TV channels and no telephone to contact Reception which was some distance away. Dinner was good with large Thai and European menu, but breakfast was not up same standard and coffee was awful (in country of good...
