The property was clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. Our only issue was consistent water temperature in the shower. The water kept getting suddenly hot then cooling again.

The location is great. Very close to trails and downtown. Very walkable. Sheets and towels were clean - pristine white towels. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and the shower pressure was great. The hotel is tired , but we stayed at the end of high season and these hotels get beaten on. The walls needed touch up paint. The floor tiles were newer. There was a load of sand under the doormat when we arrived but the rest of the floors were ok. The owners are clearly working on this property as a whole block of rooms were under renovation.

The room was clean, linens were very clean, beds were comfortable. The TV was nice, good views, friendly and helpful staff and nice parking. Room was just a bit dated but they had pride in cleanliness. Recommend if you are staying a short time and want to save money.
