"The drain in the bathroom was clogged so we ended up with a wet bathroom floor. The hotel has a policy of only issuing one electronic key even when there are multiple guests, inconvenient. One of the air co dirtiness was not working. The extra blanket in the closet smelled of dampness. The staff was not friendly or courteous. When we asked for help with a taxi they said they didn’t do that."

"I didn’t like the hotel. The television wouldn’t turn off, the shower was dripping all night, and the sink was also dripping all night. The people who work cleaning the rooms make a lot of noise and drag furniture around. In other words, if you want to rest, do not come to this hotel."

"Extremely basic room with a bed, tv, chair and a bathroom. Towels were provided but they’re rough! Breakfast buffet was lackluster. I wanted to drink a cup of herbal tea before bed but it was impossible to get any at the hotel.
