"Absolutely beautiful hotel. Amazing amenities including heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. The outdoor jacuzzi with the ocean view was heavenly! Staff were outstanding in every way... friendly, helpful, and courteous. They made everything easily accessible and enjoyable, even offering a free shuttle to Shelter Cove, which we chose not to do because we were enjoying the hotel so much. The price for our room was very reasonable. The food was delicious, including room service. Our ocean view room gave us a beautiful sunrise from t!"

"Overall good accommodations. We had concerns over past reviews about the bed being broken. Contacted them prior to arriving and they made a point to say this was addressed and someone would go make sure everything chexkout out before we arrived. While I appreciate this attemp it was not resolved. We got a message asking if everything was good after arriving. I sent pictures and status of the bed and a few othe things to them after check in but no reply. The bed has a crack in the rail and missing two supports , makes too much noise but we were able to sleep on it and deal with it. Overall the main issue was the bed. Place was mostly good and for the price I am satisfied. We also saw that being on second floor the access was limited to one semi close stairs and one elevator. Several days They had shut down elevators and stairs for maintenance. October early We stayed 5 nights with 4 adults. The walk to the beach is long but enjoyable over the long board walk on marsh. We didn't rent (on site rental) or have bikes but would suggest this due to the distance to the beach. The facilities were old but functional and had lots of space in pools that are inside and outside with saunas and Jacuzzis. Close by restaurants are great. "

"This location has three bedroom villas and was ideal for a family visit. This resort has fewer pools and facilities than other Marriott resorts on HHI and not as walkable. Beaches are great."
