I like the location and also the size of the Unit in this property. This was our 4th visit to the Gold coast and we always stays at Surfer Paradise.

We have stayed on two occasions, once on the north facing side and once on the south facing side. We much prefer the north facing side due to the sun. Unfortunately though with this stay we had some issues that will probably prevent us from returning. The noise from the quests below was unacceptably loud when they were using their deck to a point where we needed to close the sliding doors. I think the sound just bounced of the glass balustrade and made it sound like they were in our apartment. The second issue was that the bed linen in the master bedroom was thread bare and well passed its use by date. Other than that, we love Soul on the Esplande, its location, its facilities and the apartment layouts.

The room was not fit to holiday in toilet seat broken reported it never heard back damp and mouldy smell bed has never been replaced sleep on a angle We left with 5 days remaining and paid for a proper resort will never go again!!

Great location but several maintenance issues; rangehood and light not working, spout in bathroom falls off, shower heads are loose, showers aren't draining properly, ensuite basin cracked, blind in ensuite broken and one key card didn't work.

the carpark and lifts were terrible, the room was large and clean,but smelt like stale cigarette smoke. one lift was out of order our entire stay, so going up and down from room took along time and lifts were always full. view was fantastic and location was fantastic.

Bad service from GCHR & Soul frightening incident

The location is 10/10 its at the heart of surfers paradise. Surrounded by many good restaurants and shops. The Soul facilities was good it has everything you need but for summer season it can be cramp may not be enough space to accomodate all the guests (indoor/outdoor swimming pool etc). The GCHR office is quite a walk from the hotel so it’s a little inconvenient for checking in/out if you are from overseas and didn’t have a car, this could be a hassle. GCHR need to improve their customer service, I didn’t receive their email instructions on time so I had trouble finding their office (not on navigation map) so I mssg them to ask for the nearby stores so I can locate their office and someone called me and I thought he called me direct me but he was so rude & attacking me for not reading my email. How can I read something that I didn’t receive? Next time be mindful/helpful to your client and assist them with respect and politeness. The carpet room was really dirty (lounge & bedroom), the utensils in the kitchen was sticky so I cleaned everything before I used them. Outside verandah had a really good & relaxing view but the furnitures/flooring needs a bit of cleaning to help your client have more relaxing experience in there. While we were there we had an incident where the was pouring on the hall way and the lift, you need to use the stairs from 40 floors down so some of us left early because we’re frightened by the incident & yet we didn’t hear anything from GCHR

GCHRは勝手に宿泊のコンドミニアムを変更し、同等だからいいでしょ、、、という態度。 しかもホテルズドットコムは変更を把握しておらず、未だに予約通りの滞在をしていることになっている始末。 どちらの会社も客を馬鹿にしているとしか思えない。 最低です。
