"Beautifully appointed but lack luster in service & care. Got in after 9p & front desk person said everything in the area was closed for food except delivery. We did Google search & found tons of things within 15 minute drive. Room was nice but cleaning could have been better (found things on floor & in bathroom that should have been cleaned up.) But bed was comfortable, shower was huge (need better shower head to accommodate the space given.) Breakfast was so-so: everything pre packaged except waffle maker. Rooftop should be used more as its beautiful. Just feels like this could be so much nicer if added the right touches."
