Good place to stay with all the facilities and amenities required. Close to shops and a great variety of eateries. Staff eager to assist and everything went to plan. The area around has construction work for the tram extension, and this will provide an even better experience down the track. Close to the beach and the room provided a spectacular view.

Good location, very convenient to all restaurant and beach . Room is old, need maintenance, both tap in shower and laundry was leaking, door in the toilet and laundry does not close properly it was too tight . Walls in the toilet are dirty lots of dirt marks as well as mirror in the living room . There is only one Air conditioner which is located in the living room can not reach the 2x rooms . It was very uncomfortable to sleep specially in one of the small room too hot . Maybe need a portable aircon specially on summer heat .

View was ok. Other buildings blocked ocean. Room was decent, renovated from an old apartment. Tiles on the floor in the shower are VERY slippery. Careful! Couch was dirty and had some stains on it, but room was otherwise clean. Seemed expensive for what it was, but being a large room near the beach in Burleigh, it was probably priced accordingly.

Apartment itself was clean, had some unfinished renovations where the wall wasnt painted so made it look a bit rough. The pool needs maintenance and cleaning. Overall a good size apartment with a nice view.
