Good location

An older resort in a good location and the staff were friendly. Our unit was only airconditioned in lounge area so hot nights were uncomfortable in the bedrooms where ceiling fans were not working properly. We tried to watch DVDs but both players didn't work!

An affordable stay close to the shops

There were 7 of us going for a weeks' holiday. Overall it is a nice resort that I would recommend to my friends. I would consider coming back here definitely. The room we stayed in was modern and had a TV, and we were able to be incredibly loud without a noise complaint. During the night we would hang out by the pool with drinks in hand so it was really relaxing. Just a short walk from the main shops and food places - made getting groceries and dinner easy. It was also easy to get to Surfer's Paradise seeing as you just have to walk to the tram stop and pay around $5. Management was super laid-back - upon checkout we were able to leave our bags at reception, go out for the day, and then come back and chill in the pool area.

Close to convention centre - a little dated.

The room was large, with a great living kitchen balcony area. The rooms were good size, but there were a few maintenance items that needed repairing that would have lifted the experience. The views were gorgeous.

Very Disappointing experience . The resort is old and run down totally not what we were expecting looked great in the pictures .When we expressed our disappointment the Manager provided is with another apartment which was slightly better but still it very disappointing.

It's a beautiful apartment with adequate amenities. The view from the balcony is great,unobstructed sight of the river.Though i would be better with some touch up for the toilet.It's convenient for me as i m going to the gold coast convention centre and a short drive to pacific fair n boardbeach shopping area.

Lovely resort and great location

Beautiful looking resort from the outside,great pool and location by the water. Room itself was disappointing run down,very old furnishings compared to what you seein the photos. It looks like it hadnt been touched since early 90's.

Great Value centrally located in Broadbeach Waters

The room that we had was so spacious and comfortable. It had a fully equipped kitchen and laundry too... Perfect for longer stays. We were also within walking distance of the Gold Coast Conference Centre where we attended a conference for two days, and also walking distance to Broadbeach Shopping Area, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and lots of cafes and restaurants.
