"It was clean, comfortable, and a good value for the price. No one was in the office when I arrived so I had to call the after-hours number, but then someone came to open the office door right away (it was like they were in a room next door). It's pretty much what I expected from a lower-priced roadside motel (nothing really good, nothing really bad). The decor was pretty dated, but it was cleaner than I expected."

"I booked one of the floor level ocean front deluxe rooms and it was wonderful. The room was a good size and was very clean. The little kitchenette with a microwave & fridge was very handy. The bathroom was nice and water pressure was fabulous! The room had floor to ceiling windows and a slider to a private sitting area with comfortable chairs for watching the amazing sunsets. There was a large area for our pups, and walking to the private beach was easy. There is a little bit of a hill to walk down to the grass area and beach which might be an issue for some folks. My dog and I both have bad hips and we managed. The beach was fantastic for exploring. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The hotel staff were very helpful for any requests. The breakfast was good but a hot cereal like oatmeal would be a good choice for people that are vegetarians. overall enjoy the stay and would stay there again,,,,,"

"Loved the blue color way, conveniently next to Dairy Queen subway Mcd kfc etc. WiFi and tv was down, but I have to say I’m pleasantly surprised for such a cheap stay! Less than $60 got me a table, king bed, chairs, many convenient lights and plugs, easy parking, fridge, and bathroom actually smelled like it was cleaned. Bedding was clean and not stained and pillows were fluffy. Even had a pool. -1 star for no WiFi and stains on hand towels from other peoples makeup but overall would stay here again. Close to California border"
