"The staff were wonderful; I even witnessed them deal with a difficult customer with grace and care! The hotel was BUSY; lots of guests and they all handled it well. I even had to ask for 5 extra towels and they had them ready at the front desk! The taco “dinner” was great and breakfast was too. Heads up: the hot breakfast foods don’t begin until 7am. The pool area is BIG! This hotel is older, but has been renovated, so the bathroom and bedroom finishes were fresh, clean, and modern! We are a family of 5, so we require two queens and a pull out sofa and appreciated this option at the hotel. The bedding for the sofa bed was IN THE ROOM ready to go (this often isn’t the case at other hotels.) The fridge did not seem to work well, and the hotel needs faster or more elevators, but those are the only negatives."

"This place was great!!! Cannot say enough good things about the staff, spirally the night staff excellent hosts; friendly accommodating, knowledgeable, over-the-top service quality. We arrive at 9:01pm. The desk lady was very helpful. She said, “you just missed cookie hour. But she may still have some out there.” So I went back to the kitchen and asked if there were still cookies available. The lady asked what kind I liked. I told her and then said my wife and grandchildren might like a cookie too. She loaded me up with enough for everybody in our family. She was so gracious. And that’s and example of how every single person on the staff acted. They we outstanding. Bent over backwards to please. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and convenient. The entire hotel was clean and welcoming. We saw housekeeping staff constantly working to make this property look and feel great. They succeeded!!!"
