Leider hatten wir in unserem Zimmer (17) kein Internet, die Toilette wackelte und in der Dusche stand das Wasser. Leider war auch der Fernseher ziemlich klein (30cm auf vllt 50cm). "I really enjoyed my time at Ilkim. The apartment size was decent, and had three small balconies. The staff were super friendly although they spoke little English we were able to communicate via google translate. The bed was super comfy and our apartment was kept cool even though it was 30degrees outside. We stayed for nearly two weeks and only had our apartment serviced once so I’d say that is probably my only negative review. Location was perfect - close to the main streets, buses, and grocery...

"every thing positive written about this hotel is a big lie! toilet in the bedroom! dirty bathroom, cold water, bed sheets dirty and extremely old. matrresses are ancient and in very bad shape ( deep in the middle of the bed ). No wifi, only hot water in the shower, blankets at least 20 years old! No tv, and the list is long! in short every positive comment written about this hotel is probably written by their friends and relavies! "

Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Besonders nett: Für die Kinder gab es kleine Snacks – man fühlte sich fast wie in der Familie."

Definitely would recommend and will stay again."

"Beautiful stay. I believe they offer an airport shuttle (that you pay for) but getting here by transit was tough. We should’ve mapped this out beforehand, or just eaten the cost to take a taxi the whole way. The property itself is beautiful with stunning views and an amazing pool. The rooms are impeccable and staff is awesome. "

"We have just returned from a wonderful week at Izz Getaway and had the best time. It is a gorgeous property in a quiet area about 15 minutes drive from lovely Gocek. The hotel and grounds are fabulous, beautifully looked after. Our room was lovely, well equipped with a little terrace with a beautiful view of the countryside. The gym at the hotel is probably the best I've ever been to and the spa area is lovely. The staff are all super friendly and the vibe is just great. The only 'negatives' we found were the price of cocktails and the fact you had to pay for a juice at breakfast. Cocktails were priced like any London bar which was just more than anticipated. Yes you expect to pay more at higher end hotels but it just felt excessive with prices up to €25! As such, we only had a couple the first night then went out every night rather than stay and have a drink at the hotel which is a shame as the setting is lovely and a sunset drink or a couple after dinner would have been nice. I genuinely think if the prices were lower people would stick around and have a drink, we certainly would have. Also, there is nothing to drink at breakfast aside from water/coffee. Not a huge issue but if you want a juice you have to pay €5+ for it which is a little unusual and feels a little stingy. These were the only negatives however and pretty minor in the grand scheme of things. Overall, we loved our stay. For a quiet, chic, adults only hotel we would definitely stay again. "
