"The reception staff were not very helpful. The staff over the phone denied extra towel request. The breakfast buffet staff were friendly and helpful.
The state of the facilities available were very old. The communication to the guests were terrible. This hotel doesn’t match three star standard. "

"We went to Chandragiri Hills for two nights in Oct 2024 in the hopes of seeing clear views of the Himalayas, and Mount Everest. We were not disappointed. The best time to see the mountains is early morning. With luck, it will be clear enough to see Annapurna and Mount Everest. We were lucky enough to see both.
The property was nice, comfortable, and the restaurant had great food. "
