Definitivamente, o pior hotel em que já me hospedei. Seguem os motivos: 1) Ao chegarmos ao hotel, o secador de cabelo não estava funcionando; 2) O chão estava sujo, o banheiro com cheiro de esgoto e o ar-condicionado exalava cheiro de mofo; 3) Ao descermos para solicitar a troca de quarto na recepção, os funcionários informaram que não poderiam fazer nada, pois o gerente "não estava no local". Quanto à limpeza, disseram que iriam comunicar o setor responsável, o que não foi feito; 4) As vagas de estacionamento são limitadas e, em diversas ocasiões, foi necessário deixar o carro na rua. Mesmo quando havia vaga disponível, era preciso esperar que alguém abrisse o portão. Em várias vezes, ficamos aguardando sem saber se ele seria ou não aberto, já que fica afastado da entrada do hotel; 5) No café da manhã, foi encontrado um cabelo no pão de queijo. Quando minha esposa chamou um funcionário, ele apenas respondeu: "Todos aqui usam touca"; 6) O hotel possui apenas um elevador, que é muito utilizado e demora bastante. Esperamos cerca de 15 minutos para descer com as malas e, no fim, tivemos que utilizar as escadas, carregando tudo. 7) No momento do checkout, queriam me cobrar pelo consumo de uma água do frigobar — sendo que não consumi absolutamente nada. Fiz questão de ir ao mercado ao lado para evitar qualquer uso dos itens do hotel. Resumo: hotel com diversos problemas estruturais e gerenciais, além de total despreparo para lidar com o público. Horrível!

Dessa vez fiquei bastante decepcionada. Cheguei e o quarto não estava pronto, fiquei uns 50 minutos pra poder entrar, entrando o chão não estava muito limpo, mas até aí ok. O problema foi, não poder dormir com ar ligado devido ao barulho excessivo do ar condicionado, um barulho muito alto e desligando sozinho, e depois a madrugada inteira muito barulho pelos corredores. Os funcionários como sempre fazendo o que pode e extremamente educados.
