The rooms are good, the staff must be capable to communicate in English to ensure a better understanding from guests of different countries during the check-in process, informations, etc. I was at this hotel about three years ago and the new management seems to have made substantial improvements, repairs, etc.

As instalações são antigas , banheiro com box de banho minúsculo , janela de material de lata , toda enferrujada sem cortina blecaute, forro de cama com aparência de sujo , mal cuidado ! Quarto pequeno , ar condicionado velho antigo com mal cheiro , portas e móveis do quarto com madeira descascando , estufadas com aparência que pegou água , frigobar velho barulhento , aparelho para pernilongos na tomada , que podem causar malefícios para saúde , um valão de águas nos fundos , sendo a paisagem da janela quando aberta ! RECEPÇÃO E FUNCIONÁRIOS MUITO ATENCIOSOS , ÚNICO PONTO POSITIVO !

Café da manhã excelente, mas não gostei muito da cama, para mim que estava em uma viagem longa não deu para descansar. Também achei os hóspedes do dia muito barulhentos, isso não é culpa do hotel, mas eles poderiam regulamentar a questão do silêncio respeitando os hóspedes que ainda tentam descansar.

quarto e camas muito confortáveis, localização ótima, equipe muito solicita e educada, café da manhã com muita variedade e tudo fresco. As áreas comuns são bem bonitas, a única coisa que eu não daria 10/10 é o estacionamento, pois não tem muitas vagas, mas o resto é tudo muito bom.
