O banheiro estava sujo , com limo nos azulejos, as luzes estavam queimadas deixando o ambiente escuro. Nao havia toalhas suficientes no quarto na chegada. Necessário colocar um aviso sobre a voltagem, pois ao utilizarmos um secador pessoal que queimou!! Somos de SP e nao sabiamos que tudo era 220 , pois havia uma tomada vermelha e outra normal.
