Péssimo!

Pior estadia da minha vida! É cobrado um depósito de R$300,00 que não aparece antes da reserva ser feita. Chegando lá só liberaram o quarto após o depósito, segundo eles R$100,00 é taxa de limpeza e R$200,00 seria estornado no checkout até agora não foi feito o estorno e não respondem no WhatsApp. Foram super grossos na recepção, não aconselho a ninguém se hospedar nesse lugar!! Fuja!

Não conseguimos achar o local e pelo horário que ligamos, as 21:00 não poderíamos fazer mais o check in. Dinheiro jogado fora. Tivemos que hospedar em outro hotel, gerando outra despesa desnecessária.

FLAT NÃO RECOMENDÁVEL DE FORMA NENHUMA - REVEJAM

Chegamos , não tinha nem porteiro. Ele mesmo disse que demos sorte dele chegar as 12.20h. Checkin seria as 2h e queriam cobrar a diferença da entrada. Cobraram mais uma taxa de 42,00 reais que só apareceu no voucher. Garagem com vagas e cobraram 18 reais por noite. Noi quarto. Sem uma das lampadas , e no banheiro nenhuma lâmpada. Toalhas velhas e rasgadas. Lençóis velhos e rasgados. NENHUM ARMÁRIO - zero Por fim. É um prédio residencial , onde nem se pode estar usando como Flat, acredito. Sugiro fazer nova avaliação em loco. Pena não tirar fotos Solicito mudar o nome de José Roberto para Júlio Augusto. Eu que fiz uma reserva pra ele em Brasília

não foi muito boa, os colchoes são fracos e afundam,e um quarto muito apertado,os pés ficam debaixo de uma pedra de marmore, não tem cama de casal, me ofereceram quarto completo com cama de casal e + 3 camas solteiro mas me disseram q. o ar não era bom, quando aluguel pela hoteis.com não me disseram que eu teria que pagar na entrada estacionamento no predio e não pagar separado a limpesa do apartamento na saída

FLAT C/ COZINHA EQUIPADA EXCELENTE CUSTO BENEFICIO

Adorei experimentar a hospedagem em um flat. A cozinha com fogão e geladeira foi algo de extrema necessidade para nós, pois nós mesmo fazemos nossa comida fit. Em relação ao atendimento pude perceber que os goianos são bastante educados e com cultura nota 10!! Bem ao lado do prédio tem uma smart fit onde pudemos ir e malhar. De todos os benefícios o que mais me chamou a atenção além da localização em setor nobre e ambiente familiar foi o flat bem equipado e novinho. Obrigada certamente voltaremos!

Péssima, considero um golpe em forma de hotel, você paga um valor no site, e quando chega lá tem que pagar tudo a parte, garagem, roupas de cama, arrumação do quarto, ou seja, parece uma diária barata, mas quando vc chega lá fica mais cara que um hotel completo com café da manhã. Além de tudo, cama horrorosa, não tinha ar condicionado, tem um buteco na frete, cheio de cachaceiro tocando música alta e cantando, quer um conselho? vá para um hotel é mais barato que os R$ 80,00 fictícios que vc acha que vai pagar.... me senti totalmente ludibriado....

Flat ok, mas atendimento péssimo

A localização do flat é dificil de ser encontrada. Pessoas na rua de frente não sabiam onde ficava e o GPS mostrava outro endereço. Quando entramos em ctto pedindo ajuda, a responsável foi super grossa e disse que não poderia fazer nada, uma vez que a localização era esta. Combinamos de nos encontrar em 20min. Chegamos ao local em 21min e antes mesmo de dizer boa noite, ela disse que já estava esperando. No site também não fica clara a taxa de R$45 para limpeza e mais R$15 para roupa de cama. O sinal da internet é bem ruim e as informações do WiFi estavam erradas, de forma que tivemos que ligar mais uma vez.

Foram cobradas taxas adicionais de roupa de cama, limpeza e de estacionamento que tornou a diária de um flat simples mais cara que a de um hotel simples com todos esses serviços e café da manhã inclusos. Por ocasião da reserva feita por telefone junto ao hotéis.com, fui informado apenas da taxa de estacionamento.

A Localizaçao é unica virtude

A localizaçao é o que salva esse hotel, nada mais. Pessimo o atendimento da pessoa que recebe o hospede ja que nao tem recepçao e nenhum serviço de apoio ao hospede que como eu nao tive ajuda com um banheiro inundado e chuveiro em curto, tendo que tomar banho frio no primeiro dia. Se tiver outra opçao fuja!!!

Péssimo atendimento, boa localização.

Cobrança de taxas extras as quais não estavam discriminadas no site, o hotel não conta com suporte ao hóspede, sem garagem, quartos infestados por baratas, atendimento da responsável péssimo, solicitei vaga na garagem e a responsável não compareceu na data, serviço de wi-fi não funciona, sem tv por assinatura, o único ponto positivo é a localização.
