"The property needs to add an additional food choice. I went to lobby restaurant two times and both times the restaurant was unable to accomodate my food selection. Also, restaurant selection near the hotel is very poor. There is nothing good close to the hotel. My hotel room floor was filthy when I first walked into the room. I had to clear the entire floor myself with a towel. There was so much hair on the floor from previous guests. Also, my room was originally on the 18th floor, but I had to move to the 7th floor. there was construction noise happening above the 18th floor that was unacceptable. The construction was continuing past 8pm. This is UNACCEPTABLE. All the staff at the hotel was very professional. I do not know if I will stay here again. "

"Budget hotel just for sleep. Internet good conection. Basic breakfas. There is a gas station at corner with a good home made food. Staff is nice"

"No decent parking; only option is underground without an elevator to the lobby, problem starts there having to walk with luggage through car access ramp, not safe. Receptionist at check in was rude, she was full of attitude. Rooms are not clean, bathroom is minuscule. Toilet clogged and not fixed after 2 days complaining. Towels and bedding not replaced even after asked. Smelly towels, as well as pillows. Housekeeping, when they came, did not clean shower floor. Hotel does not give confidence that it is a clean place. Only exception to a really bad experience was the receptionist in the last day; Eduardo was helpful with a last minute issue we had. His good willing was not enough though, we’ll never stay there again."

"Amazing hotel. Small room but extremely well laid out. The breakfast is probably the best we've ever had! The attention to detail gives it a solid 10.. the only tiny thing we didn't like was the bed was a bit hard for my taste. I love having breakfast on the 10th floor with the great view of the city ... and being right next to the fancy shopping mall is a huge Plus. I really could not recommend it more, this was our second stay, and we moved from a suite hotel downtown because we missed how cute this place was, and my girlfriend just had to have their breakfast again! "
