Really pet friendly, the reception staff were great and the cabin we stayed in was perfect for what we needed! A comfortable bed and a great shower. "The apartment was wonderful and the management did a good job. The problem was parking. The information said there was on street parking so I parked on the street. My car was towed because of a festival the next day. After that I struggled to find any parking and ended up at a parking lot about a mile from the apartment.

"This hotel is amazing. We were there out of the tourist season which was perfect. The unit has a nice kitchen so that we could self cater. We tried to get to the buffet on the first day, but it was incredibly crowded, most likely with a tour group arriving at the same time. Instead we did some shopping at the spar shop in Benicarlo nearby. Dolores was especially helpful in showing us the way into the parking garage. "

"They advertise a water park when in reality it's just the use of the local municipal pool down the road. The evening entertainment is poor, the bar is soulless, the receptionists are unfriendly and unhelpful. I arrived back at the room at 22.30 at night to find the bathroom roof collapsed and workmen in the room.
