"Room was generally clean. The bathroom was not (with toilet pan and bath towels gone brown. There is a high turnover of staff at reception therefore difficult to associate with any member staff. Wifi was good. What I loved most was the mature garden, well designed with a pool and outdoor restuarant. Breakfast charges vary from 2,500 to 5000xfo dependind on what you. Transport: hotel can get you a taxi or you walk to end of road and get a motocycle-taxi. Hotel is 5 mjnutes from airport by car costing 5000xfo"

"Property is well located close to the airport (15mins away) and nice. Good pool and tasty food options, and great reception/dining/sitting areas. Lack of amenities in the bathroom, like no shampoo and conditioner, otherwise nice clean room with comfortable bed. Sliding door to outside has seen better days. Free airport shuttle is gold. Staff tries, but difficult when few speak English, that said, our Air Coite d’Ivoire flight was delayed by five hours to Abidjan. Discovered this at the airport, and immediately contacted the hotel via what’s app. They picked us up again at the airport and returned us to hotel and allowed us to stay in our room (after having checked out) until departure. Finally bringing us back to the airport. And that was and is FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. So, can say nothing bad about this establishment, as this was above and beyond the norm. "Cosy, very intimate and shill atmosphere. The staff is very welcoming and customer-service oriented. The food is delicious and resonantly price. Except for the WIFI that is very weak, this Hoyle gets 5 stars. I highly recommend it. "
