"I booked through Hotels.com, when I arrived there was no record of my booking. Eventually I was given a room. The room was cold and i was offered a fan heater. There was no hot water. The restaurant was closing early, and the menu was very limited with lots of items not available. I was booked in for a 4-night stay but i only lasted 1 night. I will not use this hotel again and do not recommend anyone staying there."

"Having spent an entirely delightful evening with the owner of the house, including all of us sharing scrambled eggs at around 1am, we are more than happy to recommend this wonderful guest house to anybody looking to stay in the area. "Not really the hotel's fault, but a very noisy person in the adjacent room spoiled my sleep. A bit weird that you get a kettle, but no cups (or glasses for that matter) to have a drink. Cheap & acceptable."
