"Very pleasant stay. Room was nice and comfortable with everything one expects. Not too spacious so organizing from two carry-ons and a large suitcase was challenging. Location next to Manufactura Mall is convenient. Could communicate better regarding parking on arrival and during street closure for start of Christmas market opening."

"The hotel is in the perfect location. The rom is excelent but unfortunately there are no elevator in all the buildings, so getting all the luggage in the room could be challenging if you're not strong enough. Enyway the staff if very friendy willing to help you if you need. There are washing mashine, dishwasher plates and all you need for even for longer stay. But all of this will be not necessary if you have plenty of restaurands around you on the Piotrkowska street. "

"I paid for a family room, with a common area, i.e.a sofa ao our group had somewhere to relax other than just a bed to sit on. On entering my room it was just a room with a small double bed and a single. On questioning the reception staff i and showing the picture ofbthe room i had paid for, i was told they had none of those rooms available, she then gave me a key to another room which was even smaller. Basically this is false advertisement, the lady didnt speak great english but i was under the...

"The area is beautiful and the room is nice but the property has a gate that can only be opened by speaking with the owner which is inconvenient and the shower had no hot water. I wouldn't stay there again."

"Great place, very close to the center, place was super clean, had all the amenities, wifi was good. Overall a great place and the price was fantastic."
