"Very nice place with nice atmosphere! But! Beware that the reception is not staffed and if you arrive late you will not get in because the gate is locked. I was very lucky and the guard saw me. No one answers the phone in the evening or the intercom. In addition, you don't live in the castle itself, but in an Amex on the side. Quite far outside."

"The clerk was very nice but the room did not resemble the pics seen on Expedia-the carpet was extremely dirty and stained. Bedding and furniture appeared old. Ended up canceling the reservation immediately after seeing the inside."

Ich bin um 8:45 gekommen und da waren schon einige Platten leer gewesen und es wurde auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Schade. Man hätte zumindest fragen können, ob man noch etwas fehlt. "
