I had to phone the office when I arrived in the city 2 hours before checking in to find the apartment and get instructions for access. But apartment is very good, and the location 2 minutes from Manufaktura is perfect. Plenty of free parking lots 2 minutes from apartment, and several high speed chargers for EV, also at Manufaktura.
