"This property is beyond amazing. Check in was seamless. Elizabeth was absolutely lovely- she came to meet us and gave us tons of information and tips. The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed. The view from the little deck was beautiful. Tons of walking opportunities. Would love to return to this breathtakingly beautiful place. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this location. The facilities were great and the staff were fantastic. Majority of the places you would likely visit are either a short walk for the mountain or a trip into the city via a lovely train. "Everyone was quite helpful. The newest part of the hotel is quite nicely done with an over the top rooftop spa - sauna - pool - and relaxing rooms. It makes this stop an opportunity for chilling and relaxing. My room was in the older section of the hotel and while it was clean and well cared for, it's a contrast to the updated section. They served a most excellent breakfast buffet. The dinner was traditional local food and very good quality. "

"Prompt communication and effortless check-in (and checkout) process with the provided door pin. The garden view room was generously spacious. Surprisingly, it also had limited but beautiful mountain view as well. Everything in the room was well organized and set up prior to check-in. While it seemed as a renovated apartment, the renovation was done perfectly. The kitchen was also good enough for light cooking with provided dishes and cutlery. It was also near to super market and McDonalds for any quick grabs. The only downsides were slight infestation around some corners especially in bathrooms and broken sink drain stopper in the main bathroom. Additionally, it would be nice to also clearly label laundry basket. All in all, it was a relaxing and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend it and don’t hesitate to stay again in future."
