"Mein Aufenthalt im VitalZeit Hotel war wirklich großartig! Es hat wirklich absolut alles gepasst! Das Einzelzimmer war ruhig, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal von der Rezeption bis zum Reinigungsservice unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, ich fühlte mich von der ersten Sekunde an umsorgt und wohl. "Very quaint and peaceful place - great for climbing the Schneeberg Mountain and relaxing in the spa after. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was a lack of a la cart options for dinner, forcing you to pay a lot for either set menus or buffets. Unfortunately there was not anything else around except fried and not so great Austrian food. Otherwise great stay and special thanks to the amazing bartender :)"

"Für mich als viel Reisender ein traumhafter Rückzugsort. Kann eine absolute Empfehlung aussprechen. Habe im Großraum Wiener Neustadt schon viele Hotels besucht und leider auch viele Enttäuschungen erlebt. Wer die Ruhe und Idylle sucht, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Sehr freundliches Personal, ein gutes Frühstück und ein toller Wellness Bereich sprechen für sich. Habe mich schon wieder eingebucht."

"We enjoyed our short vacation there. There are a lot of hiking trails near by. The room was clean and fairly quite, the pool and steam sauna were nice, the mountains view was gorgeous, breakfast and dinner were delicious. I’d like to highlight the top quality service in the restaurant. The staff was amazing. Hope to visit this place again."
