"They put us in a room with a bathroom that was specifically for handicap guests. When we arrived, the bathroom floor was covered in hair and the room was dirty and dusty. I let the staff know that the floor was gross and dirty and I asked that they take some money off of my room however I am not sure if they did. The shower in the bathroom wasn’t sealed properly therefore it leaked all over the bathroom floor, causing slippery dangerous conditions. I finally asked to be moved to a different room where the shower wasn’t leaking upon arrival into the new room. I noticed there was urine dripping all down the front of the toilet and that room was not properly cleaned either. The mirrors had smudges and streaks all over them. There were articles from previous guests laying around in the refrigerators were both dirty. The first room that we got had no paper towel and it was equipped with a tiny kitchenette. There was no soap provided at the kitchen sink to wash our hands in the dishes were dirty."
