"Staff were really friendly and although they didn’t speak much English, they tried. It is not stroller/wheelchair friendly. To access the reception you must go up a flight of stairs and to access the rooms you must go up 2 flights of stairs. There is a church right across the hotel that rings it’s bells every 30 minutes but besides that the area is really quiet and calm which was really nice. "
"Perfect location with access to the train and near the venue where we’re attending a concert. Clean, quiet rooms with AC and a very nice front end staff. Will definitely stay here again. "

"We have stayed here in numerous occasions and the standards are always at high levels. Friendly staff, quiet location and within easy access to Berlin and surrounds with rental car as well as public transportation. Nice array of restaurants in close proximity of the hotel. Just wish that they would start including some vegan options in their breakfasts. "
"In winter, it's quiet and warm, close-by grocery and restaurant. The staff is very nice and responsive.
There is no elevator, but it didn't bother me personally.
Just be wary about opening and closing hours of the reception, or just make sure you have their phone num. when they are not open."
