"We stayed in a 2 doubles room for one night. Two adults, two young kids. I thought I had booked a 2 queens room, so there was some disappointment here. The room was a bit outdated, the carpet had many dark stains which made it like quite gross. Beds were clean. I thought mine was comfy. My husband thought it was bympy and his feet were sticking out because the beds were not long enough. We did not have enough towels for 4 and the hair conditioner was out after 3 pumps. Breakfast was continental but mediocre. The sausage I ate was not great. All that for one night at $170. We probably won't come back. The room was quiet and the pool looked great but we did not get a chance to go in."

"Booked in for 3 days for a total of about $450 for a Tues, Wed, and Thurs night. Went to front desk and checked in. Got on the elevator and up to my room to realize that I was not given a key to the room. Down I go back to lobby where they made my keys. I get into the room to realize there is no refrigerator, no microwave . Not even means to make coffee. The room had a jetted tub so I ran the water to let out some of the hot water. It did NOT drain. I tried to use the plunger but it did not workl So, I took my finger to see if maybe I could push the obstruction. Up I pulled to my amazement was a thick strand of BLACK hair about 12 inches long. I am in my 80s, so not hardly mine. One of the grossest things I have ever seen. The cold drink machine would not work.......I had to sign for a towel...when i checked in for my 3 day visit....I was given 1 bar of soap (the 2 inch x 3 inch) Nice ladies at the front desk but this visit worth $50. per night...............MAX The staff was nice enough---------but this place is worth maybe $50. per night."

"Breakfast was slim, cold cereal and muffins. You could nuke a Resers breakfast burrito…passed on that. Instant coffee by Nestle, at least it was something. Worker just sat and played on his phone. Cheap is cheap, you get what you get. "

"The staff were helpful in this situation. A guest I booked at this hotel experienced bed bugs in their room. I relocated them to another hotel and was refunded for the stay the remainder of the visit and discounted the first night."

"I am so happy with my stay at the Hampton Inn. The breakfast was great, the staff was great, and I loved the decor in the room. And it was affordable! It was one of my best hotel stays. Not every trip would I include the hotel as one of the highlights, but on this one I would!"
