"I must admit that when my husband said "ecolodge" and "composting toilets" I was a little wary. From arrival we were blown away by the beauty of the property and friendliness of the staff. We were so impressed that we weren't even unpacked and we were discussing extending our stay. We dropped one of our planned stops on our trip to NZ just to stay here longer.
Besides being beautifully designed everything is done with great ecological care. Those composting toilets that I was worried about...

Fresh OJ, fresh barista coffee, eggs bacon...
