"Place was a great location and loved the layout and aesthetics of the hotel. A few issues with our room/hallway itself- room wasn't cleaned too well as we found a empty fifth of whiskey under one bed, bathroom light was out which the rooms light didn't offer much, the exterior doors being secured each night was a hit or miss, and seemed to have deferred maintenance from water damage on the hallway from the our bathroom."

Our host Leslie was very friendly and helpful with some good suggestions for the area. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend Argyll if you are staying in the Cairngorms."
