"We loved our stay here! The hotel was very nice, and every staff we encountered was very friendly and welcoming. The location is 30 minutes from DC, which seemed perfect for the price we paid and located in a nice, safe area. Many military personnel were also staying in our hotel. The housekeeping staff took care of our room each day and on our last night, they surprised us by making swans out of our towels for us!! Thank you, Crowne Plaza, we will be back!"

Taylor checked me in with humor and grace and my frustrations were over. The room was comfortable and clean. Good linens and pillows. Breakfast was above average for ten bucks and it was nice to actually have service in the morning. THANK YOU Holiday Inn BWI.
