"Not impressed unfortunately. The microwave broke down. The staff was very responsive. No phone in the rooms made it very difficult to find the customer service number on the internet or the customer service number. We ended up having to go to the office to get the number off a white board at the front desk."

"IF YOU ARE A SINGLE WOMAN DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES STAY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I used to stay here all the time with my family when I was younger and had many wonderful memories. However this stay was unforgivably bad. The front desk staff was rude and condescending. And even worse put me in danger. At one point during our stay an middle aged man (a guest who apparently had been booked in the same room for later that day) just entered our locked room by opening it with a key the staff gave him early. This happened while I was fully undressed while getting ready in the morning. Luckily my boyfriend was in the room with me and immediately stepped in front of the doorframe and asked why this random man was in our room. He said the staff said he could come in at anytime. As you can imagine this was very unsettling and very violating. I felt unsafe the rest of the stay and it ruined our vacation. When we went to the front desk and told them what had happened we WEREN'T EVEN GIVEN AN APOLOGY. Instead all we were given is excuses about how he was supposed to wait until later to enter our room and they told him that when they gave him they key. That is so dangerous and unprofessional, I can’t even begin to express how violated and disrespected I felt by the staff of this establishment. IF YOU ARE A SINGLE WOMAN DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES STAY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT."
