"The breakfast did not offer fresh fruit which should be provided. The pool was very cloudy. We had to switch rooms after 3 nights because our heater stuck on and would not shut off. There were many different sounds that kept us up through the night. When we were leaving, there was a company cleaning a room that had a fire in it!! The staff was very accommodating though. "

"This is a hidden treasure- low price with good amenities including free breakfast and refrigerator and microwave in room. We've stayed there several times and will continue to do so when we're in the area. Staff is so friendly and helpful, too :) Beds are great, but their pillows are very firm so bring your own if that's a problem for you."

"Good location, close to the airport and convention center, but very old, outdated, and in disrepair. Stained popcorn ceilings, dirty carpet, musty smell. Do not recommend. "

"Never got checked in they lost and never refunded our pre paid booking some two days fighting over the principal of the non stay be chase they never even checked us in. Worst costumer service not with the hassle for the small amount of value. You get what you pay for and we paid and still got nothing!"

Staff even gave us free bottled water when we checked in which was so wonderful since we flew in, didn't have a car and differences in local drinking water often upsets my digestion. Just what we needed after a long international flight."
