"This was a decent stay in a comfortable room in an area that I felt safe in. The breakfast was decent every morning and it was never too crowded or missing any food items. The only complaint I have is the lighting in the room itself. Everything was on sensor lights so anytime I made a move or to go to the bathroom the main light came on which became very inconvenient. "

"Got a good deal on this room. I was weary based on the looks outside but was pleasantly surprised inside. None of the rooms have microwaves or refrigerators but that didn’t bother me. Safe was friendly and check in was quick. There was a ring type security camera outside the front door for safety. General common areas were clean and zero complaints. Our room was clean, blankets fresh and everything worked. Was a very basic room. No bells or whistles but clean. The bathroom was tiny but water was hot. For a quick trip it was definitely adequate. "

"Everything was excellent until check-out. I departed at 04:35 and there was nobody available at the front desk to check me out and provide a receipt. I called out loud to get someones attention but there was nobody in the vici ity of the front desk to hear me."

"We stayed here because of the closeness to the airport. We missed our connection flight at Chicago O'Hare airport and were forced to spend the night in Chicago. The shuttle to the airport the next morning was a great perk. Check-in was quick. We were stranded without luggage and the free toothbrush and toothpaste were really appreciated. "
