"Rooms were not ready and continued to not be ready until 10:30pm. Staff disappeared with no answers. Told us to go eat and upon return still didn’t have rooms ready. As rooms became available, one room had a lock issue and someone entered my employees room while she was in the shower and we had to call security. "

"The site makes this place look decent. I was looking for Best Western vibes. And got motel 6 quality but worse. Everything was dirty. The shower had stains. The Kleenex holder was so dirty I was afraid to grab a tissue from there. The bathroom floors were stained with dirt. I actually contracted a skin fungal infection that my doctor said most likely came from pillows and or bedding. The moment I checked in I regretted the booking. The skin infection has spread all over my face and had to get it treated. This is the worse hotel I’ve ever experienced and do not recommend it to anyone. Please go somewhere else. This hotel is crusty musty. Also I smiled at one of the house keepers and she looked at me up and down. Like really? "
