We booked for a init but on arrival found out that a small living room with kitchen amenities was downstairs and the dormitory style bedroom upstairs with the two not bein interconnected and the only way to access one from the other was through an outdoor staircase. We spoke to the owner who told us that there were other units in the complex which were a complete unit, which were not available at the time as they were not clean. A family holiday spoilt as we could either be one floor or the other and go between the two spaces through freezing cold outdoors. This was not specified either on website or by wotif.
