There is a lot of road noise early in the morning since condo is located just off road. Can't imagine sleeping 6 here. There are two queen beds and two mini futons in upstairs bedroom that might serve for children, but not adults. Kitchen needs to be restocked with a few more items. Pretty sparse on...

"This property is very unique. It’s not a fancy boutique property. It is a quirky, nostalgic and fun property. The lobby reminds me of being in an antique treasure trove. The host/owner is so nice and accommodating. We felt very much like we mattered. It is not only dog friendly, but welcomed. The free breakfast was good, homeade barley biscuits and gravy, he even made eggs fresh for my husband. Coffee, juices and waffles. The rooms are older but clean and homey. It’s unique in that the room has an entry door to the parking lot as well as a door to the hallway that leads to the lobby. Which came in handy to grabbing the breakfast and coffee. And then also handy in running out to the car. The location is absolutely perfect. Downtown is within walking distance and the river is also within walking distance. We stayed for 3 nights. I would definitely return to stay here."

"We love to stay here when visiting family in Florence. Great location, easy walk to the old town area, lots of unique shops, restaurants, and the river. Birders will find lots of activity right outside the Inn, as well as along the river and in the nearby forests. Get the free Merlin Bird ID app. It will identify any bird just by allowing it to hear the bird's call or song. Within a minute we heard and identified 8 different exotic birds right outside our door!"

"I can't find enough good things to say about the property and the staff. All was excellent. The Bloom room was unique in a good way with a wonderful lake view. And the Halloween decorations were done well. I kayaked, which I would highly recommend doing. The campfires at night and chatting with other guests was very nice."
