Room was comfortable. Pool and hot tub out of order. Fridge was turned off and very smelly. Did not stock breakfast items.

Take this property off your listings. It was so wretched that we could not even stay there and had to book another room. It was absolutely filthy and did not even have a chair or heat. We lost our full payment because it was so wretched.

I returned my cabin keys when I checked out, but they never returned the key deposit hold on my credit card. When i called to follow up they played dumb and accused me of not returning my keys.
