"They were in process of some remodeling, but it did not create any problems. The room we were in was absolutely brand new. In perfect condition. Wonderful shower and bathroom. At the front desk, Lisa was exceptional. She handled everything professionally while still being very friendly and welcoming. We had made a mistake with our reservation and she handled it perfectly with no extra cost to us."

"It’s an older hotel but it’s in reasonably good repair. Staff was very pleasant and the views from the location is great. I was disappointed that breakfast was only for two hours in the morning from 7 to 9, which basically meant I didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast since I had to leave at 6:30 and got back about 10 usually breakfast will be from 6 to 9 or 7 to 10 but that’s my only small concern of what was otherwise a reasonable State. The bed was comfortable the shower and everything else worked just fine. It’s not the fanciest hotel I’ve been to, but I was looking for more of a budget hotel, and it was exactly everything I expected."

"Really enjoyed my two-night stay at Lake Powell Resort. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and having a refrigerator made it easy to keep a few groceries and drinks on hand during the trip. The property was well maintained, and I appreciated the walking path since I was traveling with my dog. I mainly stayed here to visit Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend, and both were an easy drive away. I had never been to Lake Powell before and was surprised by how low the lake levels currently are, but that’s obviously outside the resort’s control. Overall, I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area."

"The amenities seemed nice, we were just staying one night. I’d probably go here for a longer stay, you do have to pay $30 to even get in the area plus an additional resort fee. Just fyi. Our building was really smelly, they said they’re trying to fix it? I don’t think we’ll be back but maybe it was just a bad choice for one night."
