"The rooms that were ordered was not the rooms that was received for the stay and could not be changed so I had to settle. They didn’t clean the rooms very well either."
"Pool was closed since the previous week. We rented here because it had an indoor pool and we had 2 kids with us. We should have been informed prior to check in. Toilet was broken in one room. Clerk was friendly and helpful but being the only employee, had to wait for her to come to try fixing it. No soap or shampoo in either room. Our " Suite" was supposed to have a whirlpool tub, no tub. We stayed one night, left early next morning without the breakfast buffet that was advertised, there was next to nothing there as far as food. Didnt get a refund because we had booked through a 3rd party, Hotels.com
Dealing with them is no better. They make it incredibly difficult to report an incident. "
"The room was absolutely disgusting. Door looked like it was kicked in multiple times. Door frame busted. Probably over 900 stairs on the walls/floors and ceilings. Floor was broken and buckled from water damage with a hole in the bathroom. Beds had hundreds of stains on them. Room and bathroom reaked of cigarettes and it was a non smoking room. Every outlet was loose and falling out of the wall and didn’t work. All the nobs were missing on the dresser. Tv remote was sticky. Had to run the shower for 15 minutes to finally have barely warm water and the pressure was barely past a dribble. 10/10 would not reccomend. Also it’s 100% non refundable and you can not view the room unless you pay in advance for atleast 3 days. Most of the people that stay there actually live there. Highly sus"
"Hotel in good area, good restaurant (Pizza, Pasta, etc.) in adjacent parking lot. Clean room, however, when asked about the Breakfast in the morning, was told they didn't have "Hot Breakfast" only frozen sandwiches and waffles. So, we ended up finding a diner close by. Front Desk Ladies we're very friendly."
