"Excellent B&B. Everything was ideal. The room (#9) was a good size (even though it's the smallest one) with a deceptively spacious bathroom - which had a great shower. Comfy bed, light and bright (big Velux window), and very clean. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Friendly and helpful staff / owners, free parking, and the place was an easy 10 - 15 min walk right into the centre throng. We'll stay here again next time we visit Bath."

"Very nice B&B in Bath, England. Parking can be a bit tricky, but there are also additional spots across from the property. Reasonable walking distance into Bath to see all the sight and restaurants. Helpful staff. Shout out to Bradley who recommended some great restaurants to try in central Bath. He also cleaned the pterodactyl (huge bird)poop off of my car window, which he termed. We also drove out the Stone Henge from there. "

"We were welcomed by David who was lovely. Room was as seen on the internet. Very clean. Comfy.. and has plentt drinkss. Coffee.. selection teas and hot choc. Also x 2 free bottles of water. The bathroom is not ensuite... it is across the bathroom. . Though it is very clean and just for our use. Breakfast was tasty . Wenr for cooked breaky. Be aware.. the owner has a cat.. who was in the dining area.. So be prepared if u wouldnt be comfortable with a cat around you.. I would stay again... about...

"I must say the size of our suite was impressive. What was more impressive was the cleanliness of the room. Our super king size bed had a supremely comfortable mattress, the room came with a small kitchenette area which we didn't use and plenty of tea and coffee etc and the muffins were a bonus. The bathroom was large and spotless with a great walk-in shower. Towels were fluffy and soft. Sleep quality brilliant and we would recommend this property "

"Exceeded our expectations. Spotlessly clean, fantastic facilities, and a fabulous welcome. We stayed in Tufted Owl overlooking the High Street - a bit ‘rumbly’ if a big vehicle went past, but there’s very little traffic in town at night. The noise didn’t affect me at all. Beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was over at The Crown (we were given a breakfast card each) which was amazing. We’re definitely coming back. "
