"I’ve stayed several times. I’ve yet to have a room with a working tv. But this time I also had a room with no working outlets next to the bed (the alarm had been moved across the room so staff knew the outlet didn’t work) and a missing smoke detector.
The real problem with the tv is I was also put next to the elevator. We really could have used the noise the tv made to drown out the elevator noise. Staff did offer to switch rooms but my wife worked a 12 hour overnight shift before our 6 hour drive in and if I moved rooms she’d have just left the hotel entirely. What I wanted was to be checked into a room that was already maintenanced. The clock was a known issue…someone loved it entirely. The smoke detector completely missing is a regulatory issue. Both being left for the room to be rented out again is…a choice.
I just want to get what I pay for: a working hotel room that we are safe to sleep in."
"Ok for one night - the tv had lines, one light bulb was out, the bed had a small sinkhole from use - overall ok for the price - good for a one night stay for the price - staff hard to find or slow to respond"
"The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful at check-in. Hotel was a construction site
Overall very bad experience across the board. Stay anywhere but at this hotel"
