"Lovely comfortable hotel, in a great location 5 mins walk from OVO hydro. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice restaurant and bar although busy when we stayed so you need to book a table for food."

"The breakfast was very poor. Queue to get to the dining area. Found 2 seats but table had used crockery on it. It was not moved the entire time we had our breakfast. We could not find clean cutlery, there were no cups so paper cups were being used and the queue for the coffee/tea was long. No milk at the coffee machine. The beans were cold, the black pudding was swimming in grease and the sausages were not cooked. All in all for £34 it was extremely poor. I would not recommend it to anyone. When we checked in we were told we could not get food in the hotel as it was fully booked however we then found that people were ordering at the bar and being served fairly quickly. We ordered meals which were actually quite good. The plates sat on the table and were not cleared, we left the bar and they were still sitting there. The room was ok and we had a good view."
