"The room was clean, loved the comfy bed. Controlling the room via the ipad was a unique twist. Obly issue was the fact that there was only one (very slow) lift and we were staying on the 2nd from top floor, not fun when you've been at a gig all day! But other than that was an excellent stay. Defo would go back."

"Lovely hotel , nice modern rooms . Adjustable smart beds are a nice touch. Bowling Lane and Bar on top floor 7 . And food is served there also. Only issue I found was a male cleaner just opened our room door at 8 mins to check out , I was not impressed. Told him we weren't ready yet ( albeit few minutes) and he stated it's 11am !! I corrected him and said no ! It's 10.52am !! We were 2 females staying and we could have been in a state of undress ! No way the cleaner should have just walked into the room like that , my sister got a fright! Never have I experienced a member of staff ( certainly not the cleaner) to just walk into a hotel room with paying guests . I have mobility issues and I take my time to get ready and out by check out time ! Never should have happened so please instruct housekeeping on such matters please . Overall I did enjoy my stay ."
