"Lovely hotel, the lounge area down stairs is nice and chilled. We loved the freindly and helpful staff. The lifts are abit slow, but if your patient and allow time its ok. Only one lift was working when we stayed and it was a wee wait to get a lift. However this did not take away from it being a lovely and relaxed stay."

' pink" breakfast trays and polite note on them to return dishes etc to the tray towers . This was not at all obvious. We loved all the dining areas and chill out areas. Great bedrooms which with high stsndard of cleanliness n lovely fresh neat linen n superb showers. Assistance was always professionally ( booking a Taxi; "

"Clean room, did notice issue with damp and room was changed without any fuss, things happen like that with old buildings and weather was awful. Right on edge of Merchant City and easy to explore Glasgow. Rooms whilst not large, ideal for short break and comfortable. Don't expect to catch up with more than basic emails as WiFi speed was terrible, again could be issue with old building, though would say sympathetic conversion into an hotel from old print works "
