Hôtel room was clean but the fittings and furnishings (carpets) are old and extremely worn. Window handles and curtain rings broken. Television worked sometimes. Terrible smell in the bathroom (drains) with no ventilation. Appreciated the access to tea and coffee with kettle in the room.

It was very good experience. I booked two rooms and we had a lovely time. The caroets overall are old, there was no phone in the room, and there was no water to make tea. But water was provided immediatly when i asked. Staff was super helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Toilet were very clean, Tv was wirking in the room... it added more entertainment. Car parking was free. Overall experience was very good

We have stayed here a few times. It is always clean and comfortable. Very convenient when travelling north or south. The nearby Red Deer is great for food and drink. Yes, it's a little tired, but it's a "budget" hotel. The staff are unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful.

The staff were very nice and the bed was clean and comfortable. Beyond that, the room was quite shabby. The TV remote was gone and the carpet was stained and worn, with bleach spots. The room smelled greasy, like dirty hair, and the curtains did not quite cover the windows. Overall the building needs a complete overhaul, deep clean and new carpets.
