"Our stay in Gladstone was disappointing overall. The after-hours check-in process was complicated and not clearly communicated, which made arrival stressful. Unfortunately, the room itself was not well maintained, with a ripped chair and used dental floss left on the bathroom floor, which raised concerns about cleanliness. This property needs better attention to detail and housekeeping standards to meet basic guest expectations."
"Sparkling clean, the kitchen had everything you needed and the beds were really comfy. We were on a trip down to Brisbane from the whit Sundays and it was a great place to stop mid way. Very friendly staff. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub."
"Reception wasn’t open even through ‘staffed hours’. Had to call the phone number 5 times before it even rang through to a line where someone gave me a code for the safety box. Amenities and bed felt dirty.
Only good thing was it was cheap, still felt I overpaid in the end"
